Challenge to Maintent - Reveal new mattress product to open Marketing
section of meeting. Stage entire meeting, Award Banquet, create interactive
team-building event.
Solution: Open with Laser show on black scrim, treated in 'Day Glow' paint,
showing makeup (parts) of the mattress; springs, box frame, etc. The laser
assembled the mattress parts on the scrim and segued into the laser
designed new mattress spinning...suddenly "nine lights" hidden behind then
scrim blasts the audience...the scrim center twelve feet  "Kabuki's" through a
spilt stage to the floor and  a real mattress is levitated with an articulated arm
as the audience's eye's readjust, the laser pulsates around the revealed
mattress perimeter then spells out the product brand.
It was awesome with an awesome track as well.
Team-building: we created "Go-Cart" races with customizable Go-Cart parts
to be assembled and raced on a sloped parking lot. We augmented the slope
with a raised starting gate.
